What information does In2Registrations collect from you?
In2Registrations may ask you to input and collect the following information during the purchasing process: Customer Name, Billing Address, Postal Address, Telephone Number, Email Address. * If a vehicle registration transfer is also requested we will need details from the V5C of the vehicle you wish to put the registration on to complete the transfer.
When you enter payment information, this is not held by In2Registrations, but collected by our Third Party payment processors such as (PayPal,Shopify Payments,Bank ) in a secure manner.
How is your information used?
In2Registrations may use your information to:
• Process a payment
• Process a Registration order / Transfer with the DVLA
• Deliver an order (Registration Certificate)
• Invoices for TAX purposes
• Contact you in correspondence to your order or enquiry
When you purchase a registration from In2registrations and you instruct us to assign this to your vehicle you are granting us permission to handle the registration transfer on your behalf via the DVLA. The data we collect from you to handle the transfer is strictly for the transfer purpose only. This data required is as follows; Name, Address, Logbook details of the vehicle the transfer is going to.
We may use the data that we collect from you to aid our marketing campaigns to those who we believe it is relevant to. We may use additional information that we gather from external sources, such as Google and Facebook, when it is available to help us do this even more effectively (see Cookies).
Please rest assured that your privacy is extremely important to us so we will always keep your details secure and we will NEVER pass your data to a third party for marketing purposes.
Who can see your information?
In2Registrations works with a small number of third party organisations to help us deliver some customer services, some of which have limited access to your data. When you fill out our contact us form on the website you are granting us permission to contact you via the methods you disclose on the form. We will only contact you regarding the query or message you have requested further information about. Recording information
Emails and other messages sent through our email and social media accounts are archived and can be referred to in order to resolve issues that may arise during ordering or with any issues that may arise after purchase.
Sales invoices may need to be kept for up to 7 years in order for In2Registrations to retrospectively provide tax information to HMRC (please see Right To Erasure).
